How we work
Most of our clients don't have an IT person on staff. They're a small business running off a shared drive, a sole trader with a laptop that's never been set up properly, or a household that just wants someone to call when things break. We work with people who just need it to work.
We're not a corporate MSP. There's no ticketing queue, no 48-hour SLA, and no account manager who passes you to a technician who passes you to a senior technician. When you reach us, you reach someone who knows your setup, can talk to you plainly about what's happening, and will stay on the problem until it's actually fixed.
A lot of what we do is advisory — helping people make the right call before they're already locked in. That might be an honest read on a cloud migration, whether Microsoft 365 actually makes sense for a team your size, or how to plan a network for a new space. Better to think it through early than unpick it later.
